Security
All contributions made to West Ridge are held in the strictest confidence. For online giving, we use third-party vendors who are PCI compliant. This is a worldwide information security standard, assessed annually, signifying that increased security measures such as secured servers and encrypted data are in use in order to protect your personal information.
Giving Statements
If you choose to give online, you will be able to view your giving statements at any time by logging into a computer using a password known only to you.
Annual giving statements are mailed in late January for the prior calendar year. If you have moved recently or had a name change because you married, please email your full name, former address, new address, email, and phone number to our church office.
Transparency
West Ridge has an open-book policy. The complete financials are always made available to anyone who would like to review them at any time, please email Brian Andersen.
Text to Give
When you text “Give” to 847-488-1761 and follow the prompts, you will have the option to give once or reoccurring to our General Fund, Nica Angels, etc…
Online
This allows for a specific dollar amount to be given using an ACH or bank draft. When you choose this method to give, your gift is safely and electronically transferred on a date you select, from your checking/savings account to West Ridge’s checking account. Neither party incurs a transaction fee. You may also give with a debit card or a credit card. Your gift will appear on your monthly statement in the same way other transactions do. West Ridge will incur a percentage transaction fee for gifts made via credit or debit cards. When giving online, you have the option to setup up a one-time donation or an automatic recurring gift. Bill Pay
Many banks offer their customers the ability to have checks automatically drafted by their bank and mailed to the recipient (such as the church) on a recurring basis. Please contact your personal bank if you wish to pursue this option.
Mail your donation
Checks can be mailed to West Ridge Community Church, P.O. Box 6259, Elgin, IL 60121-6259. You can use the memo line to let us know that your check is intended for the offering. Please do not send cash through the mail.
