100 Who Care

Our prayer is that the 100 Who Care will allow more of our church family to practice generosity, and offer help and hope to families in our church and in our sphere of influence. We can do more together than we can do separately.

If you would be willing to be part of this group, here’s what would be asked of you:

  • Up to 4 times annually you’ll be asked to give $100. More if you’d like. That’s the commitment you’d be making. Circumstances may change, that’s OK.
  • We will reach out to the group as needs arise. We’ll also let you know some of the impact of your generosity.
  • We are asking that these gifts be over and above any other giving you are already doing. Please, don’t stop your child sponsorship with Nica Angels; don’t stop giving to the general fund. It is taking another step in generosity.
  • The donor and recipient names will be kept confidential. Lisa Wolenberg and her team will still thoroughly investigate each request. We’ve been doing this for years.

One more thing: please don’t read too much into the name. It doesn’t mean you don’t care if you don’t sign up. We don’t do shame and guilt here. We wanted it to be easy to remember. Text ICARE to 847.488.1761 or click here to register.
